The Coven – Pole and Fitness Studio Cancellations

Should The Coven have to cancel a course, class, workshop or event for any reason either a full refund will be offered or the cancelled class will not be subtracted from your membership credits. Classes on the timetable often change and clients will be accommodated and given plenty of notice. Drop-in classes are flexible for both clients and instructors of The Coven and for this reason The Coven requests that everyone pre-books their classes to ensure viability.

Class cancellations must be made no later than 4 hours prior to the class booked.

Should you fail to cancel your class before this timeframe or simply not show up for your booked class, this class will be debited or charged to your account.

We have limited space at our studio and we work very hard at maintaining comfortable class sizes. It’s not fair to us or anyone on our waiting lists if you book a class and don’t show up.

If your class is not cancelled within the specified time it does not give us time to fill your place so no refunds will be issued.
