We have a special one-off pole fitness Taster Class on for first-timers who want to try out pole dancing before committing to a beginners course!
It is a 1 hour long class on a beginner level. Just a gentle presentation of what and how we teach at The Coven.
The structure of the class is the same as any other in our offer. It consists of a warm up, learning some spins and poses combined in a beautiful choreography followed by a bit of cool-down stretches.
No previous experience in fitness/gym/dancing necessary as we will guide you through every step!
Just remember to bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a good attitude 😉

Book your private Taster Workshop at any time you want!
You will get a sense of achievement as you learn some basic pole dance movements and tricks, and put it all together into a short routine! No judgement, no ego, no need to be perfect; just good honest fun and fitness! You will get a taste for what’s in store in our ‘Introduction to Pole Dance’ 4-week course. You’ll be in a class with with other first-timers to our studio who are also brand new to pole fitness; no judgement here, only support and encouragement!

The Taster Class is available for groups up to 12 people! The cost of this one-hour workshop is only €15 per person or €10 per person if you book 3 or more.
